As you should expect from a traditional cider, we use just the natural whole fruits with no added yeast. Pressed, fermented and matured for your pleasure.
Our product is naturally fully-fermented out to “dry”, but can be sweetened on request.
It is naturally slighty cloudy but clears (after settling) to a golden hue, with a distinctive, refreshing flavour.
Unusually for a cider producer, we are located on the Surrey and Hampshire Border - not typical cider country. but traditionally made nonetheless.
